General Terms & Conditions

We have taken the time to simplify terms and conditions to use our services. Most of our guests comment to us that they find our terms and conditions clear and understandable. However if anything is uncertain or you have additional questions, please do not hesitate to email us using our Contact Us form, and we will clarify or answer your questions promptly. Reservation/Booking Procedures: We will not accept last-minute bookings. Fill out our Reservation/Booking Form providing us with details of your fullname, flight number, arrival time, mobile number, and others. Please allow up to 24 business hours for us to respond to your email. You will get 2 e-mail separately, 1 e-mail as a reply for your booking and 1 e-mail for a Payment Request. Please note that your booking will be confirmed after We received the payment. Transfer Fares/Rates: The prices shown are per-car (not per person). Rates are subject to 10% administration and transaction fees. There's an additional 30% surcharge if: E.T.A. is between 21:00 - 07:00 or Pick-up time is between 22:00 - 08:00. Our cars and Capacity: We use fully air conditioned private car with maximum 4 persons per-car. Luggages: maximum 1 suitcase + 1 handluggage per-person. The car still possible to accommodates 5 persons with limited suitcases. Baby seat facilities: There's an extra charge for using baby seats facility. Please find the price on our Price List's page. Our baby seats only suitable for babies under 3 years with a standard weight. We can only provide a maximum of 2 baby seats in the car. Surfboards: There is an additional costs to transport your surfboards. Please find the price on our Price List's page. The surfboards only allow a maximum of 4 pieces per-car. The surfboards must be covered by the surfboard bag. The surfboards will be placed inside or on the roof of the car. Payment Methods: All payments should be made by major credit cards (ie: Visa, MasterCard) through PayPal online payment system. You will received a confirmation after made a payment. Cancellations: The payment 100% non-refundable if we received a cancellation less than 15 days before the arrival day. Cancellation 16 days before the arrival day, the payment will be refunded 50% of the total payment. Cancellation 30 days before the arrival day, the payment will be refunded 75% of the total payment. Pick-up at the Airport: Our driver with a sign of "BaliTravelina.com" will seeing you at the meeting point on arrival terminal. Our driver will wait a maximum of 60 minutes from E.T.A. that we received on booking request.
